Welcome to Creating Balance
My Goal For You Is:
"To be a provider of simplicity, ease, and flow; and to educate people on the importance of an organized home and how it is so interconnected to our health and well-being."
Creating Balance is committed to helping each individual create balance in their daily lives and also to making them feel good about letting go of unneeded or unnecessary items crowding or cluttering their environment. Simplicity, ease, and flow really begins in the home, the sense of peace one needs in their life to have all of the other areas of their life work for them also.
Discover What Over 90% Of My Clients Have Learned Regarding The Real Facts About Not Staying Organized...
…AND
Exactly What I Did To Help Them Permanently Overcome This Life-Threatening Issue!
Yes, Life Threatening.
Reading this will help you...
√ Get and STAY organized, once and for all
√ Feel great about yourself and your loved ones
√ Stop the vicious cycle of horrible junk food cravings
√ Learn how to eat nutritiously no matter where you are or what you’re doing
Welcome to my website.
I promise that if you stay a while, you’ll discover how I’ve helped hundreds and hundreds of my clients in a perpetual state of disorganization and nutritionally self-inflicted chaos learn how to master these two critical areas in as little as 30 days.
What in the world do these two things have in common? Let me explain.
First the basics.
A huge majority of Americans are oblivious to the fact that what you put in your mouth and how well-organized your home -- and especially your kitchen -- is can and does contribute to crippling medical problems such as heart failure, diabetes, stress, obesity, and cancer.
All health conditions that can and do lead to premature death.
But don’t take my word for it. The number of obese Americans in this country is on the rise.
According to Lorna R. Vanderhaeghe in her book Healthy Immunity, "Millions of North Americans are obese, and less than 25 percent of us exercise regularly. Almost half a million deaths a year in North America are associated with obesity. Heart disease, Type II diabetes, arthritis, and immune impairment are the result of no exercise and excess body fat."
And according to a study conducted by North Carolina State University, the number of adults who are obese has climbed from 15 percent in 1980 to 30.5 percent in 2000 (Flegal et al, 2002) and it is blamed for about 112,000 premature deaths annually in the United States.
I’m Cheryl Perkins, and I’ve been a full-time professional organizer for the past 7 years. I’ve seen food items in my clients’ kitchens that couldn’t be identified by the best of detectives! I’ve helped my clients sort, label, and purge every nook and cranny of their home.
But do you know what I discovered? That getting (and staying) organized and proper nutrition go hand in hand with every single one of my clients!
I’m one of the very few professional organizers in the country who is completely passionate about helping you not only get organized but FEEL great about what you’re eating every day so you can stay organized!
What qualifies me to do this? I’ve spent the last two years pouring over every book available on holistic nutrition while studying to get my degree in holistic nutrition.
Additionally, I really love organizing people’s homes, with a focus on kitchens. I’m a firm believer that what you feed your body plays a critical role in every single aspect of your life, including staying organized.

Think about it for a moment. Does this sound like you?
√ You come home exhausted from work and the last thing you want to do is prepare food, cook it, wash dishes, and store them.
√ It’s so much easier to pull out a microwave pre-packaged food item and eat it. Would you like to know what’s really in those packages and why it’s hurting you?
√ Your kitchen might “look” organized but because your food choices are so poor, it becomes overwhelming for you to cook healthy meals for you and your family.
√ You’re always tired even after 8 hours of sleep.
√ Your sex drive is down or all but gone.
√ You’re always feeling anxiety or depressed but don’t know whether the cause is real or imagined.
√ You’re hooked on anti-depressants and/or stimulants like caffeine or energy drinks.
